Denise Penn

Denise has been training jiu jitsu for the last six years and recently earned her brown belt under Professor Evan Barrett.  She has always been interested in training martial arts for self defense and personal development. Outside the gym, Denise enjoys hot yoga, cooking and spending time with her two boys.
