Brittany Holm

Brittany has been in the health and fitness field for over 10 years. She started in the dietary supplement industry, where she ran a research and development department formulating supplements.  From there she moved on to nutrition coaching and personal training.  Her focus is on endurance, mobility and functional strength to optimize and maintain performance in both active pursuits and daily life.
